Had a great time yesterday, Skye! What a joy to work with you!

I am not done proofing the images, but here's a small sneak peak:

it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Well, not really. It's only just now looking like fall. But still. It's November, which is almost December. And almost December is nearly Christmas. And nearly Christmas means it's time for Christmas cards!

These are a few of the cards available to my clients who booked a holiday mini-session (I am tentatively completely booked for November, by the way, which means no more holiday mini-sessions are available. Don't fret! There's always next year!).

For anyone who's interested in the cards but missed out on the holiday mini-session, they sell for $5.00 each. If you'll send me the money and the photos* you want (electronically would be preferred), I'll customize it and send them off.

Keep in mind that I need at least a week to receive the cards myself (and then they'll take a few days to get to you, too), so please order by mid-November, at the latest.

*you absolutely MUST hold the copyright for the photos you send. I will not reprint the work of another photographer.

business card business.

I am in the process of designing my business cards! Woo!

This is my main idea at the moment:

I really like it! What do you think?

.and so it begins.

Well now, kids! Here we are! I am just bursting at the seams with excitement (and I hope you are too) over what this new website is going to do for me and my business.

I am not really sure what to say in this post, so I guess I'll just talk about what I'm going to use the blog for once we get rolling.

I'll be doing a few small contests, sharing some of my favorite photos from recent sessions, and hosting an occasional super secret blog readers only sales. There may also be a few Grey's Anatomy-centric rants, because Lord knows I've never had a blog that hasn't mentioned Grey's a time or two.
